All orders are accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.

To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by email, post or ordered from this website.
All items subject to availability.
We aim to process and deliver your order within 2 weeks, however during busier times this might take up to 3 weeks.
The items are hand made from natural material so unexpected delays may be possible due to adverse weather conditions.
Mainland UK destinations -
Orders under £25.00 will be sent by Royal Mail service at a cost of £7.50 per order.
Orders over £25.00 will be sent by Courier Delivery service at a cost of £15.00 per order.
Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -
Orders under £25.00 will be despatched by Royal Mail service at a cost of £7.50 per order.
Orders over £25.00 will be despatched by Courier Delivery service at a cost of £45.00 per order.
Any claims for non-delivery, damaged items or shortages must be made in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
No claims will be entertained after this period.
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
All payments taken via our website use a secure sever, payments are taken by Sage Pay.
Payments by phone or post will by taken via credit card or cheque - cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
Reservation of Title
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the title in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
